Nice staff.
Elevator was broken; no one should have to pay for parking.
Clean, decent, seemingly safe area. Friendly staff. Long walk to some of the rooms and the elevator was out of order a few times.

Staff was very professional and kind. Complimentary breakfast and internet was excellent.
The bathroom was a little on the small size.
Great price and located right across the road from the La Guardia Airport. They really looked after me here when I got stranded during a snow storm. I'm a flight attendant and the hotel I normally stay at had upped their prices because of the snowstorm. The Clarion offered a great price and great staff. ...read more

They gave me a smoking room and said that's that was only room available.
The hotel gave me a smoking room and did not tell me anything about it until I called the front desk. My son was with me and we had to endure the bad smell in the room.

The room was very comfortable and clean.
The hallways are difficult to negotiate (they slope).
This hotel has nice rooms, comfortable bed. But the common spaces leave something to be desired. There are no nearby restaurants, and the hotel did not have one. The breakfast was not up to par.

Bathroom: window dirty and no fan; bath didn't drain well.
